The Emirates PGA brings together the UAE's golf professionals. We run a season long Order of Merit across the country, the EPGA Matchplay Championship, and select the team that represents UAE professionals at the Viya Golf Trophy.

About the EPGA
Run by pros, for pros
The Emirates PGA is the professional golfers' association for the UAE, giving the country's teaching, club and playing professionals a schedule to compete on and a team to represent.
What we do
We run the Order of Merit, a season of stroke play events hosted at clubs across the emirates. Fields range from 25 to 40 players depending on the venue, and members play without paying green fees.
Alongside it sits the EPGA Matchplay Championship, a knockout played across the whole season, and the Viya Golf Trophy, where a team of sixteen EPGA professionals competes for the UAE.
All of it runs on Golf Genius, so members enter events, see tee times and follow live scoring from one app.

Order of Merit
The season long ranking of EPGA professionals. It decides the twelve automatic places on the Viya Golf Trophy team.

How it works
Each Order of Merit event awards points by finishing position. Points add up across the season, and the leading players at the qualification cut off earn automatic places on the Viya Golf Trophy team.
Fields run from 25 to 40 players depending on the venue and emirate. All EPGA members are eligible to enter.

Twelve places go automatically to the leading players on the Order of Merit. The final four are picks, so form across the whole season matters right up to selection.
